Hi, guys. Are you fine?!

Do you like this typical american holiday called "The Thanksgiving Day"? Read, see and find out!

The Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in the USA. It has a religious vocation, because the first Thanksgiving Day was in 1620 to thank God for the good plantation of that year. Nowadays, this holiday is celebrated on The fourth Thursday of November. It still has a religious vocation, but it also encourages the commerce.

On this day, people enjoy family reunion with beautiful songs, delicious food and, of course, some prayers. This holiday is also celebrated with games like American soccer and big parades, but it isn’t necessary to rent a special costume for it. They wear common clothes.

A lot of sightseers come to see this holiday, specialy Brazilians, because the products prices in the USA are really cheaper than Brazilian products at this time of year. The commerce sells to a lot of people from different nationalities, but Brazilians are the biggest buyers.

My sister-in-law has already been to the USA (She went to New York) at this time and loved Thanksgiving Day. But, she gave me some advice, like: 01) Buy an excellent coat, because it is very cold; 02) Take a lot of money... There are many sales and many products are sold with 50% discount! And 03) This holiday is well-known and the hotels are crowded. So, Make your reservations early!

I love holidays, although in my work I usually have to wok on holidays. For me the most important holiday of the year is on September 7, because it is the birthday of my sister. She is my best friend, without it everything would be certainly much more difficult.

My sister is amazing, she knows how to thrill me. She is also important to me, everybody knows.
Ok, I will not cry. Sorry people, I am a sentimental.
Well, changing the subject, Christmas is my favorite holiday, because I fraternizes with my family and my friends.
This is a great moment.

Dear all, I love festivals and would love to have the chance to go to all the festivals you suggested. I lived for two years in an island where there were lots of festivals. The island is in Florida. It is called Key West. Have you ever heard of it? Do you know which festivals I'm talking about?
